We have a straightforward return policy. Customers can return products through a simple process, although return delivery charges are the customer's responsibility. Customized items are non-returnable, but we offer a 6-month repair service to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues, we provide two convenient options: Refurbishing Kit: We can send you a kit with the necessary tools and instructions for minor repairs. Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are considered final once the service has been successfully delivered or activated.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the service is intangible and may be fulfilled instantly or within a short timeframe. As such, cancellation, refund, or reversal is not applicable after delivery.
We ensure that every service is tested and functional at the time of delivery. In cases where a service becomes unavailable due to external factors beyond our control—such as platform policy changes, regional restrictions, or third-party actions—any review will be based on the actual duration of usage and value received.
While refunds or replacements are not guaranteed, we may review specific cases and offer support or a goodwill resolution at our discretion.
