Why We Don't Offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

At oddproducts.in, our mission is to deliver unique, high-quality products with a seamless and secure shopping experience.

We provide Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders, but full COD is not available. This means you can pay part of your order amount at the

time of delivery while the remaining amount is prepaid during checkout. We also support a variety of convenient prepaid payment options like UPI,

debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments.

We limit COD to partial payments for important reasons:

🔒 Risk of Fake or Bulk Cancellations – COD orders are more vulnerable to misuse through fake or bulk orders, often leading to unnecessary

operational strain and financial losses. As a customer-focused store offering niche and unusual products, it’s important for us to keep things

 efficient and reliable.

⏳ Delays in Delivery – Many COD orders get canceled at the doorstep or delayed because the customer isn’t available or doesn’t have exact cash

on hand. This causes a disruption in delivery flow and affects the experience for other genuine buyers.

💸 Increased Handling Costs – COD transactions come with additional logistics charges for cash collection, returns, and processing. To avoid

passing these costs on to our customers, we focus on prepaid and partial COD systems.

🛡️ Safety for Delivery Personnel – Carrying physical cash increases the risk for our delivery partners and complicates route planning. By reducing

cash transactions, we ensure safety and faster dispatches.

We believe prepaid and partial COD orders help us serve you better with:

  • Faster processing and dispatch

  • Easy refunds and replacements

  • No hidden costs

Please note: Refunds are not applicable on custom-made items.

We appreciate your trust in oddproducts.in and your support in helping us build a transparent, secure, and hassle-free shopping platform.
